locations but we also plan local
trips to Lake Erie, Mt, Storm, Strawberry and Bainbridge quarries.
And if the weather's bad we offer seminars on equipment
maintenance, safety diving and more.

The dream took form in the summer of 2005
when two great friends, Harry Hagerty and
Mike Convery opened Pittsburgh Scuba
Center. Mike's been diving for almost 20
years and is an Instructor Trainer for the
YMCA Scuba Program and an Instructor for NAUI and NAUITEC.
Harry was certified in 1997 and is a Divemaster in training.

Pittsburgh Scuba Center offers all recreational and rescue
courses as well as a full range of technical dive classes
including trimix and full cave. We repair a variety of
equipment, mix both Nitrox and trimix and provide tank
testing and inspection services. Our gear line includes
Scubapro, the most respected brand in the industry,
DiveRite for tech diving, and Pinnacle suits among others.

If you're a diver or think you might like to try scuba, stop
by the shop. Most of the time there will be a couple of people
hanging around talking about diving.
